Mike is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE-Certified Health Coach, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from West Chester University. From his roots in strength and muscular development, he continues to evolve his understanding of how movement, nutrition, and psychological well-being affect one's health and quality of life.
Mike has experience working with a wide range of clients of all ages, with varying goals and special needs. Whether a client is looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just be able to be active without common aches and pains, Mike uses a mindful approach to help them get back in tune with how their muscles work to move their body, so they can not only get stronger but learn to apply that strength in a way that promotes long-term, pain-free physical capacity.
Whether you are new to exercise or getting back in the game after a long hiatus, Mike believes it is never too late to grab life by the throat and reclaim your right to robust health in mind, body, and spirit.
